That looks great Tom - I wish we could come by to help and see it in action! Our coach is still in the shop getting repairs...
cart is finished.  today darlene glued and stapled the carpet on the two platforms.

now to finish the inverter installation and change the slide seal

Amazing piece of construction Tom......looks professionally manufactured. You are the MAN!
before i get too much kudos....i designed it based on pictures and sketches bill did of the newell factory cart. i did make some what i think are improvements on my redesign. i then took it to a friends machine shop and had them build it.

my cart is lower than the factory one. with theirs, you HAVE to raise the coach up to get the cart under the slide. with mine, it can be totally hunched down. mine is also telescoping to make it easier to store.

if anyone hasnt looked lately, stock steel has gotten very expensive.

tom
two pictures.  one is with the cart fully extended in the position for using to support the large main salon slide.

the other is with it slide together for storage.

cart worked fantastic.

Nice, but you should paint it blue.
Tom,
Have you thought about putting "locking bolts" on the telescoping legs? Just a thought. It looks really good!
