Best regards,
Bosch wiper pivot bearing source.....https://www.ebay.com/itm/313611357336?epid=2079440253&hash=item4904b18c98:g:k5cAAOSwYSJg-GOO. It is an INTERNATIONAL BEARING Part #422628001 verified on our coach as an exact replacement to the original Bosh part #
Our wiper on the passenger side slips sometimes - if I tighten it up enough it will work for a while. Is this the fix for that?
Sounds like the aluminum wiper arm splines are striped then the wiper arm needs replacing.  The wiper motor drive splines are steel and should last longer than the wiper arm. On our coach the problem we had was the pivot bearing was rusted and worn out completely. One can tell by moving the arm away from the W/S while watching for excessive radial movement at the pivot bearing.
I need to check mine previous owner had a shop drill and run a bolt through the wiper arm/splines. Ironically I only read about it on one of the repair orders but haven’t actually remembered to check and see what they did. Coach is at suspension shop so it’s out of my hands. That said, thank you for posting some part numbers. I have a feeling this will need tending to. Either that or a quart of Rain-X!
