Had intermittent generator shut down issues on our Kohler that ended being an in-line diode for the fuel solenoid wire.
All is good. 13.2 V +/- all day long.
500 miles or so with rebuilt alternator and new regulator and we are happy.
Have not had to run Generator at same time, so I don't know if the problem was related and fixed or separate. 500 miles more by the end of the week and I will report back if the generator continues with a problem.
