While you wouldn't (shouldn't!) be using these stands for any coach work, I thought someone might have them for other purposes, so I wanted to post this Harbor Freight jack stand recall:

Avoid purchasing Chinese junk tools. Buy American.

@Mhcorrigan you have to be careful when trying to buy American, many name brand American tool manufactures have globalized, however you can be guaranteed it's made in China if you buy from Harbor Freight.

My jack and four jack stands are from Gray Manufacturing made in St Louis.
