I can find and use the retraction button, but is there a release or separate button for pulling it out? I have to drag it out fighting the reel gearing. Trying to make sure I'm doing things right...

I did find my documentation for the hose reel. It specifically states manual out, power retract. Funny thing is, one of the troubleshooting notes is if it has electric out, then the wiring is backwards. That tells me its possible to wire it up for both directions...
