Newell Gurus

This morning we lost pressure and I got locked out of the coach. I called and got instructions on how to vent the door and manually open it. Before doing that, I had the wife start the engine and when the pressure came up, I was able to get in.
I did some looking and didn't find any leaks. After 4 or 5 uses of the door the small compressor started up. There is a solenoid on the wall above that is bleeding air until the engine compressor hits 120, then it stops, and the compressor stops.

I believe that solenoid is supposed to unload the pressure after the compressor stops. But first are you sure it is leaking at the solenoid or at the water trap it is connected to? The gasket holding the clear plastic can sometimes leak or the clear plastic can crack.

It was definitely the solenoid outlet. I did unscrew and then tighten the water trap next to it. I gave the solenoid a 90 degree twist. Part of the problem was the cold, but it appears to have resolved itself.

It could have been a bit of water frozen holding it open if it's cold enough. Or a bit of trash.
