Hi, I have a 2008 C15, my coach #1218 does not, there are no sensors down stream of the engine exhaust/turbo's
I have recently removed my silencer and had it chemically cleaned/ reversed flushed as the silencer is a sealed unit and the DPF is not removable. I watched it in the cleaning cabinet and the fluid initially came out like a black then brown sludge, obviously carbon then ash mixed with chemical (no water was being used at this point) then flushed and dried, the process took 4 hours and cost £300.00
I have 200,000 miles and doubt it has ever been done before, date codes on the silencer were 2007. Had the top end set up the fuel pressure checked by Caterpillar mobile tech at the same time.
