Oh no....found it on an HDT FB page.  I am using an X-12 torque multiplier and a 3/8 in-lb torque wrench set to the proper value on the in-lb scale then the multiplier does the rest @ 12 times the value set on my torque wrench to achieve the proper ft-lb torque.  I can do that by myself, setting on my shop stool and not break too much of a sweat.

Nope no way to make one for $50 unless one has a corner of their shop dedicated to scrap cut-offs.
Someone on the forum previously posted a wood version they made. It was very well done, similar to the first one posted. Looked alot like a Christmas tree. I made a poor man’s version out of a scrap piece of 3/4” plywood. Functional, but not very attractive.
