You can get a new one for less than 50. I tried to rebuild mine, but discovered it had some square seals instead of O rings.
You could take it apart and see what seals the plunger.

I have tried online searches with Grainger, fleabay, A zon and just googling the model #. I guess I will call Newell Monday...

I had the same one as you. Could not find one anywhere so I called Newell. I paid around 2 or 250 for it. It is a newer style and bigger.

Sometimes, it is knowing what to call it. Try manual pneumatic 5 port 2 position valve in the search description.

You are just freaking amazing Richard! You seriously are so valuable to this forum with your quick knowledge! I am super impressed. (Always am!)
The McMaster Carr unit looks very similar to the one Newell sells. (K model)

Well I went out to the shop today and thought "What have I got to lose??" I dissembled the valve, cleaned and burnished the shaft. I expected to see a torn O-ring but they looked OK...Maybe a little worn. I lubed it with petroleum jelly and reassembled. It is working great now. However this experience prompted me to research for replacement. After studying Norgrens tech sheets on their web-site I found one on ebay which is a slight different model # but might work for $65. You can tell that an engineer determined the model numbers....It appears the different digits denote a particular component that makes up the whole unit. At that point I saw Richards suggested options, my inner frugal self took over and I ordered the $17 Amazon one!!! I will review and report my findings. Thank you , Richard !
