Newell Gurus

Looking for a 2007+ Newall couch.
This will be my first DP. I have been looking for a DP for about a year, Any assistances finding a Newall DP or things I should consider is greatly appreciated.
What should I look for? Where and who should do a PPI? What is the most important things to look for? I understand Newall has standard steel framing. How does one identify rust issues? I have a ton of questions'. By the way I am soo glad I found this site. Thank You in Advance

First, it’s Newell. Not Newall, although my southern accent may sound that way.

Second, there is a whole section on here about What to consider when buying a Used Newell. It would be great investment of your time to read it.
