I've got a Newell parked right in from of me at this campground. Texas plate, PT Cruiser towed. Blue colors. (I'm in the Foretravel.)

Hail this morning here in Custer. Yall be careful on the road today!
We had light rain on our drive in from Wall, SD, but now that we have just finished setting up at Elkhorn the skies have opened up......raining quite hard right now. So glad to be high and dry in our Newell. Six coaches are already here.....Tom, me, Chester Stone, Larry and Hedy Brachfeld, Chappell and Mary Jordan, and one other one that I'm not sure of yet.
I'm running with Steve & Suzy B. We have stopped for the day in Yankton SD at a "new" KOA. Very similar to the west Texas desert. The reviewer must work here Smile Gravel, wind, and dust. See you guys tomorrow. We are under a watch but south so far of the bad stuff.
steve squared. now thats traveling....

tom
Forest,

We escaped the hail, but the winds were terrible. I was glad I was driving a heavier coach and not the lightweight one I traded in. Tonight, it's raining on us in the Badlands.

forrest

Thank you, Tom, for identifying our neighbors. We did get to visit with them for a little while this morning and to get acquainted with their beautiful dog, Quinn. It was as much fun to meet a Newell owner as it was to meet Foretravel owners the night before.
forrest, glad you got to meet the days.

michael, is quinn going to eat missy for desert?

tom
Hey Forrest didn't know you upgraded. Rudy Leggett is following us in his 40' Foretravel.
Are you coming through Spearfish?
Tom, I suspect that Missy will be too aggressive for Quinn.
