Say it ain't so Joe!
I did not see this coming. I thought you probably bleed Newell, but I guess there are always new adventures and greener pastures to conquer. Congratulations. Pictures Please?

Well Congrats Richard and Rhonda.
I've been dark on this site for a month or so and I'm finally catching up here.
I can't add much more than what has already been said on this thread.

Congrats. I've been looking at Prevost because I anticipate needing bunks as my wife's musical career accelerates. If nothing else, it's nice to have factory coach service available from multiple locations and not just Miami (but who doesn't love Miami??).

A couple of early observations:
I intend on keeping contact with this group. I have great friends here. The sister forums for Prevost are not very active. And the FB group, well let’s just say that’s a different vibe.
After this summers trip, I will revisit this post and provide my unadultered comments comparing the two different coaches from a drive, mechanical, live ability, and any other observations I have.

Richard I'm with you this is my go to place and agree 100% your thoughts.
How hard would it be to add "others" to this site?

Look forward to hear your musings.
I have only driven one Prevost and unfortunately it needed king pins so it was not a good example to understand how they drive. It wandered more than my wanderlodge haha..

Hi Jack,
I will be straight forward. I am not interested in making this a multibrand forum with sections dedicated to other brand coaches. we have helped others in the past to forum similar forums for prevost and wanderlodge. if you look at those names with gurus at the end like ours you will see they look similar.
that said, of course anyone is welcome to be here and post and ask questions. i have many friends with prevosts, wanderlodges, foretravels, and other coaches.
we have a unique forum where everyone is incredibly helpful and respectful. the foreforum is similar only with alot bigger membership. i do not frequent the others so i have no comments on them.
i appreciate all of you and your friendship and support..

One point about the Foreforum. It doesn't have nearly as many different sub forums as here which makes it much more difficult to find topics of interest. And a much different vibe than here.
I agree with Richard, I've made friends here and still want to participate where I can. Even though I have a small Monaco now.

Richard,
Congratulations on the new adventure!! I too sold 746 this past year. I must admit I wanted to downsize to a much smaller rv and started looking, but I swear nothing I found was always hopelessly short of my Newell experience. I must say that I'm looking to be a part of the Newell family again. We shall see!
I have no doubt you'll master your new rig just like the Newell. I for one would like to be a part of your journey to discover the Prevost.
Happy trails and be safe out there on the road!

Hi Richard,
I'm a little late to the party on the Coach Change topic, but want to wish you and Rhonda all the best. I look forward to reading about your future journeys in the new coach and how it compares to your Newell experience.
Thanks for taking me under your wing in the early days of my Newell ownership. You, Tom, and the rest of the Gurus are awesome.
