John, on 450-458, they couldn't find a hub to do the upgrade, that is when I gave up.

It doesn’t take much to truly confuse me.

Do you have one style rim on one side of the front and another on the other side.

I am trying to figure out what the pictures are saying. I see 315 tires in front pic with hub piloted studs.

What position is the 4 hole rim in? That would clear it up.

I have 2 different wheels on the front. I’m trying to ditch the 4 hole one for a matching10 hole one.

So since this is #454 does it have the oddball bolt pattern??  I just want to run the 315’s with 2 10 hole front wheels

Can you swing by a tire shop and have the bolt pattern measured?

OK I got it.

Here’s what I would do. Take the chrome nut covers off, and look at the nuts themselves. On the ten hole wheel, those are definitely the 33mm standard nuts with attached washers underneath. You are trying to determine if the 4 hole rim has the same nuts or has Budd nuts. The Budd nut will be much larger across the flats and does not have the washer attached to the underside of the nut.

If you have standard nuts on the 4 hole rim go to the next step.
Measure carefully the distance from one stud to the next and compare the two sides of the front end.

If the nuts are the same, and the measurements are the same, then you are good to go to pull the Alcoa number stamped on the rim and order one for the other side. I doubt seriously that someone would have done the upgrade on the front, and only upgraded one side. What is more likely is that someone blew a front on the road, destroyed the rim, and what you have is what the road service could obtain quickly.

My investigative report shows the following. The measurement between the studs is 4” on both front wheels.

I’ve looked up several of the part numbers mentioned in this thread and nothing looks identical.  If you look closely at the 10 hole wheel the holes are almost on the lip of the wheel making the hole almost oblong.  I would think that would make it a little easier to identify

What do your drive wheels look like? are they 10 hole?

RE: Wheel part number - Richard - 01-13-2025

The alcoa part number is stamped on the other side of the rim. Look ar one of the drive rims and you will see what it looks like
