I know, I am a broken record. Check the tag axle bearing for rumble while you have the tire off. They take a beating in the tag position.

Yup, this is what air leaks do! They come and go, one day its find next day it drives you nuts. Agree with Jim, replace it now and hopefully that will take care of it.
I am pretty sure the air dryer on my coach was never serviced, it took me several hours to get the filter off the dryer. I ended up getting a large chain wrench to get it off. There was all kinds of crud in it, I had to take it apart and clean it all out. I went ahead and put a new purge valve on it too while I had it apart, they are a common issue. I carry two spare purge valves in my spares.

As Jeff said, every time the purge valve pops, it expels whatever has coalesced in the filter. It may or may not reseal depending on how much crud and the pliability of the old seal.
Replace it, if that valve completely fails, you can’t build enough pressure to release the brakes.

Mine showed up last night I'll install it and post some pictures of how I did this by myself its a bugger if you don't have 2 people.

Get a piece of half inch all thread put it in the bottom bolt hole slide the air in place hook up one airline to keep it steady then insert the bolts from the electrical compartment.

Well that wasn’t the most unpleasant job I’ve ever done. It went rather well as a matter of fact. Only problem that I had was I had to cut the fitting from the compressor cause I couldn’t but it loose, and taking the tire off was a pain. All back together now with wayyyyyy less air leaks
Brake rotor doesn’t look the best, however no grumbling when I spin the rotor

That rotor has some major cracks, you might start looking for a couple replacements.
Yes the tires are almost more than I can handle.
