RE: Silverleaf RV-C OmniScope Program - hypoxia - 02-23-2026

I think we can turn the page on the TM200's and TM220.  Using OmniScope, I installed firmware into one TM200, installed firmware into the TM220 as well as adjusting heat & cool setpoints and scheduled times on both.  I now have a spare TM200 that can be used in the number 1 position (Zones 1-2-3) or reprogrammed for the number 2 position (Zone 4).

The basic problem was the new firmware installed in the replacement TM200 & TM220.  Henry at Newell identified that as the the possible problem & it turns out he was right.  I have no idea how long it would have taken to resolve the problem without  having OmniScope.  It certainly would have interrupted our travel schedule.

I have to thank the folks at Newell as well as at Trillium Electronics for the time and energy spent resolving the problem.
