I put a digital thermometer next to the system temp sensor and verified temp above set point by 3 plus degrees. Compressor was off as indicated by setpoint white. I only have two zone on at a time. Worst is overnight as I am obviously not resetting set point which seems to "wake" it up. Not sure what the dead zone amount is or if it's adjustable. I cleaned all the condenser coils to make sure I wasn't hitting high pressure cutout. Seems to be working better. Will update tomorrow.

John,
The deadband is adjustable.

able to see via wifi now. looked at settings menu- did not see deadband- can you share how to adjust deadband?
this morning same issue 75 F at sensor , setpoint 72, no compressor. changed setpoint to 68 and compressor came on and ran continuously- temp in the room came down.

the software update said downloading but it actually still shows older version. I read where the hysteresis came out with the update so...

John, I am sorry if I made an incorrect comment on the hysterisis. That was my interest in the tstat. I did not realized the feature had been abandoned.
Just for grins, to understand what is going on you might think about hooking up the tstat to a voltmeter and playing with it. C1 should be the output for the compressor. You could adjust the SP and see how the output on C1 tracks.

Have you tried leaving the blower fan running on low to see if that affects it? That would keep air being drawn across the sensor the entire time. Might help to eliminate if it's a trigger issue in the box vs an external temp issue.

I always set for fan to run continuously. Moved sensor around per Richards suggestion. I did not notice that the "away" setting Might have been set. will be experimenting with that to see if that was it. really would like to get wifi connected and download latest firmware. Micro air sent procedure but it did not work for wifi nor upgrade. basically clearing cache and reboot.

I am pretty sure the 4 units are tied to the temp reading on the wall mounted t stat, not the temp sensors for each unit. any help in sorting that out would be welcome. so far the factory has been unable to figure out how I can connect to wifi not upgrade the software.

John, if you don’t mind, a couple of questions to try to help us help you .
What model of Microair are you using?
The temp sensors that you describe in the air intakes 1. Already existed in the coach? OR 2. Were part of the Microair install?
Do you have a picture of the wiring diagram you used?

357 model. Installed when I bought it, sensors are near the air intakes . no wiring diagram and do not know where another control box might be if it exists. the micro air has a 4 wire phone connection at the thermostat
thanks
