We ended up going with an LG model: LF24Z6530S 24 cu. ft. Counter Depth MAX Zero Clearance 3-Door French Door Refrigerator.

The doors aren't completely flush with the cabinet, like the fisher Paykel that we looked at, but they only protrude about an inch. That's not the fault of the refrigerator though, If we had just a little more depth in the cabinet, it would've been flush.

We're both really happy with the fit, and the stainless doesn't clash with the interior colors at all.

You all have good taste!  That looks great....you're right the stainless doesn't clash one bit, in fact looks like it brightened the interior a bit:-)
