I am the new caretaker of 390. My ACs are struggling. I don't know where to start.  The bedroom AC trips the breaker when's its in the high 90s and the front 2 AC can't keep up. I've got an interior temp of 86 with all 3 running. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, are the condenser(external) fans running when the AC is on?
Second, all three have service ports for attaching gauges. Any commentary without gauge readings is speculation.

Something is amiss. My kids nicknamed that coach the Meatlocker.
