a favor from someone who is visiting the newell factory - encantotom - 09-27-2016

hi all,

if one of you the next time you are at the newell factory, could please take a bunch of pictures of the metal stand that is one wheels that they use to jack up and move the slide out to replace the slide seal.

it would be cheaper for me to make one to replace mine when it goes out than to drive to newell.

and rough dimensions.  width, length and height before jacking it up

thanks

tom

tom,

No dimensions, but you can easily figure that out from these images.

That is a neat solution to a sticky problem. Great photos Russ.

Tom,
Maybe you could use that fancy couch with wheels you made.

If you build it in 2 pieces your couch should fit.

Hi Tom,

It will be a good project. It is done wi/o disconnecting any hydraulic lines or electrical circuits. You will be fine, especially with a great level indoor location to work. It will feel good to do it yourself! Russ
