Detroit Diesel Electronic Monitor - RSC - 05-07-2017

Hello everyone, my name is Rick and I bought coach #405 last fall, anyway my Detroit Diesel monitor on my dash is inoperative and I'm wondering how it works and what it would take to get it working again.
