Radiator repair - les korcala - 02-21-2013

We are in Mesa, AZ and went to see Leo ( Tom's mechanic )
Our Radiator started to develop leak and we did not have time to wait 6 weeks to get one from Atlas ( Corpus Cristi TX ) so we are in Mesa, AZ and hooked up with Tom. M.

They pulled out our radiator and cooling charger and send it to radiator service place to be rebuild. After some 6 hrs of hard work Jon & Leo pulled out radiator and charger, they are sure sitting in very tight place!

The way Newell placed radiator and charger on the far left side is very hard to get both part out! Jon said : if you ever had to do any work on your turbo charger you would need to remove the radiator and charger, that alone is like 12 -18hrs job depend who is doing work!

We been here camping in their shop for 4 days now ! Leo is very kind and give us keys to the gate and we can go out anytime we need.

Also, our muffler was cracked up badly and Jon was able to do amazing job and put the whole muffler together and looks like new!!

So, our radiator and charger just arrived late tonight and they should put all back together in day.

Lookig forward to hit the road again!
