Sharp R-9H76 Microwave parts - Wanderman - 07-11-2021

So, just noticed that i have a baking rack and a metal plate, but NO glass carousel nor carousel support.

Anyone know the part numbers for them? or have spares from a busted microwave?

While I'm thinking about it, does someone have a photo of the carousel drive disc? The one under the plate. Mine looks a bit toasted and crunchy, but I'm not sure since I never saw one new!

Thanks,

It's too bad that we're in a disposable age, but if I was you I would replace your 25-year-old microwave with modern technology. The new microwaves have more function and I'm sure you can find something in the right size to fit the existing space.

So I managed to find the little roller tri arm gizmo that fits under the microwave carousel... but not the glass carousel plate itself.

Anyone know the part number or have an old one lying around?

Thanks,

My carousel is steel.

I have the steel carousel! Maybe it never came with a glass one.

As long as I don't see sparks or hear a frying magnetron... I should be good!

Thanks!

New Microwave drive coupler installed, have a new low convection rack on the way, cleaned all vents and cabinet spaces.....everything working! Yay!

Weirdest microwvae...having a metal turntable plate...ODD.

But, WOW...that thing is heavy... not all that easy for a vertically challenged individual to remove/replace.
