12V puck lights change to LED - Figz - 04-17-2022

Happy Easter, I have coach 776, 45’ 06. I am wanting to change out halogen lights to led in all of my puck lights. F do ones anyone have the actual number for led bulb g4 is to big.

Hi Jesse and thank you for replying to my question. I have left over g4 led bulbs from my CC Magna and they are to big for my pucks.

I wanted a bit more light and Warm white so I went with these. they fit perfectly in the halogen pucks. With the glass and all

This is a trick I learned from @"encantotom" . Most of the pucks have a silver reflector behind the halogen. That reflector is not needed with the LED, and it is easily removed. Removing it gives a bit more room for the disc style LED replacement.

I used similar disc lamps such as these in the link. https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/bi-pin-base-bulbs/g4-led-landscape-light-bulb-20w-equivalent-bi-pin-led-disc-390-lumens/4214/. This model is NOT dimmable.

You may have to remove the reflector as Richard mentioned as these have a capacitor (or some other device) on the back side protruding.
