I have been working on my 2014 with Valid levelling. I'm no stranger to Valid as my last coach a 2007 Monaco Signature also had Valid levelling. What I have discovered is that Newell puts a special twist and turn to the subject by adding a line to each airbag line at the Valid Levelling Block that goes to a solenoid controlled valve and then on to a Bendix PLT-2 for each side and then to a Bendix 0 486 206 106 whatever that does. It sure complicates troubleshooting a levelling problem.

I have replaced both rear ride height valves Coach 1482.  OEM is Barksdale 52321-Q135 on the rear and 52321-Q136 on the front.  The only difference is the arm length and shape.  I used a Hendrickson VS-227 due to availability when travelling.  It is a Barksdale valve but one mounting bolt has to be repositioned as well as discarding the arm and installing the original arm.  The other rear valve I replaced with a Barksdale 52321-Q197.  It has the mounting bolts in the correct position but the arm was discarded and I used the original arm.
The front valve is original so I am ordering the correct valve, 52321-Q136 since it is available and relatively reasonable.  I normally carry a spare valve as I have had a number of them fail over the years on other coaches.
Keep in mind the arm nut and the long mounting screws are mounted using Red thread blocker so there is a risk of breaking it if you don't soften the thread blocker before removing.
I cannot imagine replacing parts like these on a 2 year schedule.  Mine are 10 years old and are failing so I will replace the front valve on principal.

I ordered the front ride height valve Barksdale 52321-Q136 only to have it cancelled since it turns out the 52321-Q135 (Rear) and 52321-Q136 (Front) ride height valves are proprietary Newell parts. I ordered and received another 52321-Q197 which has the mounting bolts in the correct position. I heated and removed the arm nut and arm which is held on with red Locktite and will just re-use the original arm with a new 1/4"-20 Nyloc nut.

yea, when i have had to replace the barksdale valves i always had to use the original arms. the valve body itself is the same.

You can use the old/existing one or use this one (universal) as a substitute.
