Steering column info needed -

It seems Newell started using a smart wheel in late 1999 and continued for several years, at least to 2002.
I need the basic info, brand/supplier/whatever for this steering wheel and column. I need parts for it that Bluebird did not spec for. I’m hoping Newell did.
Here’s a picture of the wheel:
Thanks.

This steering wheel was on my 01 U320 Foretravel and is on my O3 U320 Foretravel if that will help. All the best

I’m specifically looking for the turn signal cancelling mechanism.
Jim, your link may get me some info. I’ll know more when I can look on my computer instead of my phone.
Rudy, your info will end up being helpful if I need to go to a manufacturer to get parts.
Thanks to all.

Here is a disassembly guide for the Clock Spring replacement.
My information is from other brand coaches I had. Douglas had a sticker on the column, yours may be from other than Douglas.

For what it’s worth…. My 99 with the same steering wheel had no turn signal canceling.

Jim, thanks for that link.
With the info Russ and Tom have provided, I may be a dog barking up a tree with no squirrel! I had assumed it was a cost cutting measure the coach factory did. Apparently it was a cost cutting measure the steering column factory did.
Now to see if it can be retrofitted with the self cancelling feature!
Thanks all.

To further update this- it appears Douglas Autotech merged with or was bought out by JTEKT Column Services in Michigan.
They have an updated Clock Spring Replacement pdf, revision B.
It appears that the basic column is set up for self-cancelling turn signals. It has the cancelling collar already on it. We just need to find the correct switch.
Here's the existing switch numbers:
Here's how far you need to go to do the job (it looks worse than it is):
