I want to isolate the front 6-pack from the supply. Curious if the main air input to the block is the 3/8” blue line. My goal is to see if the front suspension is what’s causing the aux tank leak down. I cannot find any air leaks and have gone through this whole thing many times with the Amprobe and bubble solution. Brake side holds air indefinitely.

Thank you! I went ahead and ordered 6 new (pull outs I am sure) of the RAP1940's. Figured mine are all original on the front. Rear 12 are new from previous owner. I feel totally confident the sagging front end is in those valves. $129 each at Temecula valley RV. They have 74 in stock less what I bought.

Those look like the valves that screw into the six pack, replacing the poppets and O rings didn't help?

I have Tom's kit to replace the o-rings. Haven't touched the front six pack aside from the exterior solenoids look crusty. One was replaced. If I am going to contort myself to get to them, it's all or nothing! We have a local bus guy Leo at all aboard America in Mesa. I may give him a call to see if he can put my coach on his wheel lifts so I/we can replace these. With my pit, it's hard to reach at that front corner. I do not want to do this on blocks or stands.

there is no need to replace the complete valve. my kit has more than o rings. it has the plunger and spring. exterior just doesnt matter

Simon,
Put an isolator valve setup between the six pack and the air bag before you do anything. You could be doing a lot of work for nothing. If you install the temporary isolator setup, close the valve, and the corner still sags, then the leak is in the air bag, air lines, or possibly the frame tank.

Simon and I talked yesterday and he is planning on doing exactly that

Air bags (New in 2022), lines (new 2021) and tank are tight. All have been checked three and four times over. This has left me scratching my head. Tom, you know me, I am a stickler on not having a failure on the road. If I am going to pull the valves, I would feel better replacing them and keeping the old ones as spares.

Simon.
I think it is a waste of money
With my kits there it makes them like new internally and the coils hardly ever fail.
