Silhouette shades reprogramming??? - Gem930 - 06-28-2025

Steadily working through my list of projects to make this coach as perfect as possible. Next on the list is the two shades I have that only seem to go down about 10 inches and stop. They appear to be working fine they go up and down, but it’s like the stop has somehow been set to 10 inches instead of the entire window height.  Are these blinds programmable or is there some kind of a mechanical stop in there that I need to adjust???? I had MSC blinds in my Tiffin and they were programmable, but I can’t seem to find any way to do the same with these.

Gregg,
I believe they have 2 buttons on the right side of the roller end. I don't remember how the buttons work. I suspect one is for lower limit and the other for upper limit. I bet if you press both at the same time (maybe hold for a few seconds) you will clear the memory and set it up for a new programming run.
