Leaking handle - Rixson - 08-06-2025

see pic.   I need this replaced or fixed....Anybody have one or a Microphor they removed i would consider buying entire toilet for the right price.   Doesn't appear fixable.  But its probably just an o ring inside. Or maybe even dirt
