While I have no direct knowledge of this specific coach, the first thing I'd look for in a 2003 Newell is previous window leaks, specifically under the dining table. See what the carpeting smells like or if it has been replaced. MOT is strictly a consignment house and any negotiation about anything will involve the owner.
