Under bed floor removal - LaurenWeliver - 01-15-2026

Hey all. I’m looking to install a shallow floor safe under our bed, and into the carpeted floor. I’ve taken out all the screws around the parameter and in the middle to the motor housing, but it does not want to come out. 

I would not try to cut the hole while still there. No clue on what’s under there.

You will find the bottom of the slideout not too far below the plywood.
