So I wanted to share feedback on Super Steer Parts.

I ordered a couple of brackets I needed for my sway bar bushings on the Newell. I ordered 2 brackets and unfortunately they only sent 1.

I called them today and first off a person answered the phone, off to a good start. Next I told the lady on the phone that I was missing a part in my order, gave her my order number. She looked it up and immediately started apologizing that somehow they messed up and looks like they only sent out 1.

She then asks me how urgently I need it and says that she can overnight it if I need it right away as it was their mistake. I told her I was not in a rush and to just send it as they did the other part and that would be fine.

So needless to say they get an "A" grade for customer service in my book and I will continue purchasing products from them.

So for those that do not know, they sell alot of things that we use on Newells: Koni Shocks, tie rod ends, bushings.

Much of what they sell is geared toward regular RV's but we should probably keep them in mind when needing some things that may be harder to get. They have tie rod ends for our independent front suspension on the Newells that otherwise would have to be imported. 

Overall just wanted to let folks know about these guys and that they are doing it right.
