ernie, very nice looking. a question for you. why is there no gap between the edge of the wood and the cabinents? i thought the floor swells and contracts and it might bubble if you dont leave a small space? or where able to insert under the cabinets?

engineered wood is dimensionally stable. If it was full thickness- it does move. Urethane adhesive makes everything stay put.
