Microphor air leak

I have an air leak on my toilet. It is coming from the valve on the inside that connects to the handle. There is a brass cap on the end with a small hole in the middle. That is where the air is coming from. Any ideas what the fix for this is?

Is it leaking all the time or just when you cycle the valve?

It leaks all the time. Toilet still functions properly though.

You can either replace the valve or repair it.
