I removed it, undercoating and rust proofing the compartment bay, put a stainless sheet on the floor of the bay.

Put the unit itself on saw horses. It just got a new board at newell but the outside fan motor crapped out. I’m replacing both fan motors, and all of the capacitors.

I’ll add some pictures with where I’m at now and as progress goes.

I removed it, undercoating and rust proofing the compartment bay, put a stainless sheet on the floor of the bay.

Got myself in a bit of a pickle- alternator stopped putting out voltage pretty pretty sure its the ignition wire not providing a solid 12 volts only about 9 volts for some reason. Not a huge deal since we can just run the generator.... well the generator also decided to start acting up- pretty sure it just needs a new fuel filter....however the generator bay refuses to move out. Got good power hear the hwh pump sound off but no movement....bad power to a seliniod perhaps? Let me know your knowledge any way to manually release it?

Got myself in a bit of a pickle- alternator stopped putting out voltage pretty pretty sure its the ignition wire not providing a solid 12 volts only about 9 volts for some reason. Not a huge deal since we can just run the generator.... well the generator also decided to start acting up- pretty sure it just needs a new fuel filter....however the generator bay refuses to move out. Got good power hear the hwh pump sound off but no movement....bad power to a seliniod perhaps? Let me know your knowledge any way to manually release it?

- Mid-bath floorplan with a huge rear closet, queen bed, mid entry door
Å- 2 slides - coach is fully usable with slides in
- Air-pocket sliding doors: bedroom to closet, bedroom to bath, bedroom to kitchen
- Microphor air toilet - works well
- Marble heated floors in the bath
- Ivory Corian countertops, kitchen and bath
- Panasonic microwave/convection oven
- Electric shades on front windows, plus curtains
- Stacked washer/dryer (dryer currently inop)

- Detroit Series 60, 500hp, approximately 185,000 miles

- Victron MultiPlus-II 12V inverter/charger, professionally configured with a proper open-loop lithium charge profile for safe, stable charging
- Victron Cerbo GX - monitor the whole electrical system via Bluetooth or remote online
- Victron 12V battery shunt (on hand, not yet installed)
- Victron 7" electric system monitor (on hand, not yet installed)
- 2x EG4 LL 12V 100Ah lithium batteries (2025)
- 2x 12V AGM 8D engine batteries (2019) - on trickle charger, working well
- 12V and 120V fresh water pumps, both strong pressure
- 12V and 120V air compressors, both working great
- Generator: 20kW Kohler, fresh service 8/2026 - new belts, hoses, filters; lower hours (approximately 2,500); OEM aux fan replaced with a quieter Dayton fan/motor with sound-deadening mat (2024) for better cooling and less noise

COMFORT SYSTEMS
- Aquahot system - rebuilt brain box and overflow bottle (2021)
- 2 SCS basement A/C units, both converted to 24V with Ecobee smart thermostats
- Front and rear slide rooms have air-seal vacuum pump mods

OTHER
- Remodeled living room/bedroom with new carpet (2016)
- Roof cleared of all old dishes/unused items and resealed - flat, clean, and ready for solar

This coach is in great shape for its age, and it's ready to hit the road anywhere. We've owned five coaches, and letting this one go is always tough - I know everything about this rig, and starting over with an unknown one is the hard part of any upgrade. No major issues. I do most of the maintenance myself, and anything I don't handle goes to a trusted, knowledgeable shop, so I know exactly what's gone into this coach.

This group from roughly 2006-2007 was Newmar's attempt to make a Newell.]]> So, I'm wondering if anyone here has any information on this coach.
