·       New house batteries 2026. 4 x 628ah lithium batteries. 2 new 3,000-watt Magnum inverters. Engine batteries replaced 2025
·       Auto transfer switch 2024
·       Generator serviced 2026. Engine oil changed 2025. Air cleaner replaced (15k miles remaining)
·       Drive and tag airbags replaced 2024. Front airbags estimated by Newell Service to have 50% life left.
·       2025 new 365 steering tires, tag tires and one drive tire. 3 drive tires replaced Nov. 2020
·       Steering gearbox rebuilt by manufacturer 2024. New spindle & new seals/O-rings
·       4 new engine cover struts 2026
·       New Galley cabinetry after removal of 2 original SubZero refrigerators 2026
·       New convection microwave 2026
·       New dishwasher 2021. This is an awesome appliance.
·       All windows tinted with ceramic tint including windshield
·       New MCD shades in salon, galley, and ½ bath
·       New Café refrigerator 2026 with through the door ice, hot and cold measured water

·       Buffed and waxed March 2026
·       24,000 BTU Mini Splits running through original ductwork
·       EEZ TPMS for coach and toad
·       Digital Dash hardware. I use my personal laptop. You will need to provide a laptop. Original analog dash works as it should.
·       160 gallon fresh and waste tanks
·       234-gallon fuel tank. Approx. 150 gallons of fuel in tank now
·       Spare belts, filters, wiper blades, some specialty tools, microphor toilet rebuild kits, and other parts included
