The pads looked good as well as the rotors. The only difficulty was the bottom pin that secures the slide pins were stuck and took quite a bit of work to get them freed up so I could get them out. I damaged them so that they were not able to be re-used. Before I damaged them, I did check and ordered the replacement parts and had them in hand before I really went after them with implements of destruction.
I think that I am going to go ahead and order new slide pins and bushings for next time, and go ahead and change them. Now it should be easier to do the work since most of the time I spent getting those bottom retainer pins out.

This coach has been in the bay for a embarrassing amount of time. It was a bank repo that we have been bringing the systems slowly online.
The slide system has been a sticking point for longer then a year. The entire slide system has been removed 2 times and sent to HWH. both times there where faults established in the control boards. Currently rear slides work living room slide does not but this can change as we work thru it. If slides get to a operational point price will reflect .
This coach is not perfect and will require someone with expertise. The interior is rough with a couple of areas of water intrusion and upholstery has excessive wear from a misbehaved feline or 2
Mechanically sound 180k miles on the series 60 Detroit pre def. Runs and drives down the road as it should.
Tires are 2007 Michelins. Stored inside a long distance run should be had with new tires.
Exterior is clean. No dents . stored indoors. she's a looker on the outside of the coach. Paint looks very good.
What has been
Passenger slide entirely rebuilt with new floor and new micro switches installed. walls of slide rebuilt as well.
New 120v Compressor installed
New Slide topper awnings installed
air bulb seals repaired
new Inverter with lithium ion capable
new slide components
Needs list
Interior could use a refresh is worn with pictures on there way
slides all function if run directly from solenoids however getting everything on line with the slides will need work
appliances and plumbing are unknown condition
generator is unknown condition
no service records are available.
Sold with clear title and keys

Installed box from returning from HWH I went from everything working except living room floor and living room slide would come out and not come back in. No power or light on for living room board. Out goes the entire box again because just removing the board is not enough. Spend more money and reinstalled box and now living room slide is completely non op light still does not come on and now drivers bed slide is non op as well. Back on the horn with HWH and they indicated that Newell changes some of the components in the box from there preset control board settings. I have heard of a strawberry that could delete all the old control boards and would solve my problems. WITH one exception!! It pulls to the right. Not so bad it wants to make a right had turn but it's bad enough that if you don't keep pressure on the steering wheel to the left the entire bus will be on the shoulder in a 1/8th of a mile at 65 MPH. We have had the suspension, brakes, and alignment checked all good. Actually great according to one tech. We have jacked up the front end to see if the steering gear want to pull one way or the other and it doesn't. The pull is worse under braking BUT all brakes are good and nothing is dragging. We have driven it about 700 miles this way so if it was a dragging brake we would know for sure!

At this point any suggestion would be great! We live in SE NE and it's 40 years old I really don't want to take it all the way to OK and quite frankly spend what I can guess is quite the premium to have Newell work on it.

Not so bad it wants to make a right had turn but it's bad enough that if you don't keep pressure on the steering wheel to the left the entire bus will be on the shoulder in a 1/8th of a mile at 65 MPH. We have had the suspension, brakes, and alignment checked all good. Actually great according to one tech. The coach airs up to 120 psi and the rear axles are at the correct travel mode height; however, the front axle is bottomed out.
I can take it out of travel mode and raise the front suspension using level mode. In level mode, it will go to the full up position with no apparent leaks.
I can see the the HCV is still attached to the front sway bar but I do not have jack stands with me so I can not crawl under to take a closer look.
Any ideas on where to start?
