A good way to get that oil pressure up and prevent excessive wear after setting a while is a prelude system. This one is about as simple as you can get. Several sizes.

As promised I tried starting my 93 coach from the rear panel with the key off. It started and ran just fine. The rear switch has an unmarked "run" position. Gotta think about the implications of this.
