Water leaks
#1

I have coach 751 2005 year model
Water damage on floor in passenger slide at corner if facing on right side. Also water damage on galley floor adjacent to the damage on the slide floor. Don't know if windows are leaking above damage or may be caused by slide seal leak if possible. Or leaking elsewhere and ending where floor is wet and rotting. Removed carpet to install ceramic wood like flooring. any suggestion where the water is leaking in will be appreciated or any remedies suggested. Thank you

Check the seam on the top of the slide.  I have had to reseal a couple of mine.

This is a “for what it is worth” thought.  The track that holds the slide seal leaves a little space between it and the skin of the coach.  Water can collect there and migrate inside.  This may be the cause..   later models started using a horizontal slit in the skin of the coach in that area to direct water away.  Maybe someone with a later model could display the slit.

Thanks Gordon these are exactly the suggestions I am searching. I will check the seal for water seepage, along with the seam at top of slide out. Any other suggested trouble spots to check are greatly appreciated from all.

If you have an exterior yard light…check it. The gasket material ages and will allow a leak.

Gordon hit the nail on the head, this part of early slide models have put a bad impression on slides. The bottom slide seal track was attached to the steel tube frame of the slide using some type of double sided tape and the tubing that the track sat on it will start to rust because there is no where for the water to exit and the the rust will go under the seal tract causing a path for water to flow into the coach. The rear slide on older coaches have no way for the water to escape from the opening so we cut slots for the water to exit. This is a big job to remove the track and grid off all the rust, cut slots for water to exit and reattach using 3m 5200 but we do not have water anymore  on the floor. If you have water intrusion in your electrical bay then you have this problem.
