Wow Clint.....quite a nightmare! When this stuff happens on the road you are somewhat at the mercy of someone you do not know and have no relationship with. Your instincts that something was wrong were correct. Thank you for sharing.....I follow the same principle of being there every step of the way when work is being done on my coach. No one knows your coach like you do, and more often than not if common sense tells you something is wrong, it is.
