yes, the second six pack is for your tag. they stopped doing a second six pack for the tag not long after 90.
as for your chiming and venting, i am not sure. others will have to weigh in on that. if it was venting, it should not have drawn down your supply air if it was dumping the tag.....
what are all those pvc fittings and rubber hoses for by the six pack? does it have misting for the radiator?
