You have one of the original boards. They had design flaws, namely running a bunch of current through circuits and connectors not designed to handle the amperage. The boards burned up at different points just like your picture.
You have options at this point. One, Newell had the board redesigned. They sell them. It won’t be a direct for a one compressor unit, but lot’s of folks on here can walk you through how to wire it. Pricey, but a quick solution. I have seen the board and it is nicely done.
Two, have the existing board repaired. And add external relays(https://newellgurus.com/showthread.php?tid=3252&page=5) or you will be right back where you started.
Three, follow Ginos Garage post on completely replacing the controls with common house style controls.
