Called an appliance repair place they looked at it said.. 1100 for parts and labor to replace evaporator coil..  Called sub zero, I have a warranty on sealed system parts till 2017 so they are sending me the parts for free. Called appliance repair place asked how much it would be if I had the parts they said 700.. And it takes an hour and half to fix. Now I know they have to recharge it with freon but 700 for  an hour and a half seems steep.. Options?

Sounds like they are going to charge you for the money in labor that they are losing in parts markup.
I would try a new company and tell them you have your own parts.
