Thanks for the post David. I suspect this coach may be #682. I doubt it is #670 as they listed in the VIN because #670 is a 2003 model.

National Vehicles seems to make up their partial VIN numbers they list on ebay. This is the second Newell I had seen them list with a VIN which is not a part of any valid Newell VIN.
