Overhead fluorescent lights

The voltage sensitivity depends on the led.
I thought about not worrying about it either.
These are 12v leds but the voltage is up over 14v when plugged in and the converter is running.
The buck converters are cheap ($2), I figured it should ensure I never have to worry about.
