My personal preference is to keep both sides the same to minimize uneven braking. But, I do my own work so I can see what is really needed & the bill doesn't hurt as bad.

I had to do quite a bit of research online to identify the steering knuckle I needed. Once I determined the required part number, " finditparts.com " had the best price.
