I went to see this unit a couple of weeks ago, definitely needs some work/ It has been left without care for quite a while and it shows.
Most of the bays are not closing right (not a big problem),
Driver seat is not in good shape (you can't see that in the pictures, try to lift the header of the seat, for example.)
Not sure if it was because they were not expecting anybody but all the air systems were non functional, it could be just as simple as filling the unit with air.
The aquahot unit had a bad leak and you can tell just by looking at the copper pipes (some of them were badly corroded) I'm guessing that there has been no yearly maintenance on this unit so you will have to have this in mind.
There's one slide and couldn't make it work while visiting, again, it could be just lacking air, they kept repeating, we have no more info on this unit. Also, look at the slide when it meets the floor, there are a couple of chips that are coming off the slide (it seems that it is rubbing the floor while the slide went in and out).
On the passenger side (outside) there are a couple of screw holes (like 10 or so) and I'm concerned that water entered through those holes.
On the roof there is like a platform that is in bad shape, you will need to check if there has been leaks where the bolts attached to the roof.
They said they moved this unit like 2 weeks ago but it was a lie, that unit has been sitting there for quite a while and you can tell by the dirt around the tires.
It needs tires (they will try to tell you the front tires are good).
Unit is plugged in but they said the battery went empty and couldn't start it.
They know nothing about the coach, but when I mentioned to them that I was concerned about the engine maintenance they said it was in good shape (go figure
).
It is a nice unit on the inside but there's definitely a lot of work to be done on this unit.
I live kind of close to this place so if you want something specific I can stop by, take pictures and ask more questions if you want me to.
