Series 60 fuel/starting problem

The first thing I would check is the o ring on the Davco cap. If it does not seal then the level will drop when the engine starts.

The second thing I would do is disconnect the fuel line to the Davco, have someone crank the engine and evaluate how much fuel comes out.

Report back what you find.....................................
