If you do have a remote radiator, there could be an air pocket causing a “no flow of coolant”.  Check your engine temperature by touch or using an IR gun.  The Power Tech units have been notoriously difficult to get the air purged.  It will appear the coolant is full but don’t be fooled, that pesky air pocket stops the flow of coolant and the coolant in the engine reaches the shutdown point (HWT).

Some PT units have a “low level coolant switch” which shares the HWT alarm.
