Thank you for your response.  I tried all the Rosen and VOXX sites for reset information and there is no information regarding this process.  I contacted Newell and did not get a response; probably because of the Holiday schedule.   Ultimately I rebooted the entire coach system by disconnecting all AC and Inverters and Chassis power.  Miraculously, the Rosen rebooted and is now up and running.  So for others:  ROSEN CAN BE REBOOTED BY REBOOTING THE COACH COMPUTERS WITH A POWER RESET.
