Thanks Michael! Bought our Falcon bar in 2005.  Found that very same bar in the MH the other day and had no idea what it was. So, I put it back in the MH .  I always used a rubber mallet if stomping it didn't work.



Nope, that is the tool provided with a Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar to release the lock pins. I have one just like it. You will likely not get the Classic tow bar to release without it. The non-binding tow bars do not need anything like that. I would like the convenience of the more expensive non-binding tow bars but my Falcon 2 has worked flawlessly for 13 years.
