The Newell Renewal - 1977 Restoration Build
#9

Never got the engine started but that once on ether, so had a mobile truck place come out this week, and still no luck.  So it just got a tow to a truck shop.   Thought it could use a bit of TLC, so pulled out the pressure washer.

Had just a little bit of pacific northwest on it, but seemed to come off very nicely.

Didn't have good access for getting to the roof, so that will have to wait till it gets here.    Brakes seemed to work just fine once we aired the system up.

Spent 30+ mins trying to remove the driveline with no luck.  All our wrenches were too large to fit the nuts without hitting the driveline u-joint.  So I opted to tow it in N... hopefully still have a transmission after this.  He didn't get much above 35mph the whole way.   Undecided
