The GVWR in 2002 was 55,000 pounds (18k front, 25k drive and 12k tag). During the 2006 model year the Porsche design P2000i was introduced and the GVWR went to 59,580 pounds (18,180 front, 26400 drive, 15,000 tag). The wet weights vary significantly from one coach to another based on the layout and customizations that the owner requested. However, it is not uncommon for Newells without any personal belongings but full water and fuel tanks to have over 5,000 pounds of carrying capacity. FMCA tested a 2006 model that weighed 53,970 with full water and 80% fuel with a GVWR of 59,580 and a CGVWR of 79,580. Newells, as Prevosts can be close on the front axle weight so loading heavy items toward the rear is always a good idea.

Maybe Marc or Ron will be good enough to give us some information on their 2004 weights (GVWR and GAWR) and possibly actual weights if either has had a chance to weigh their coach. I have had Newell weigh mine a couple of times as they have the equipment to weigh each wheel position.
